Millennium Surgery Center, Inc. understands that your medical bills can become very confusing and we try our best to streamline and simplify the financial payment process. Prior to your procedure a patient accounts representative will contact you regarding your financial arrangements.
Uninsured and/or cash patients will be required to pay for services on or before the surgery date. Patients with insurance will be pre-authorized and be required to pay their estimated co-pay, co-insurance and/or deductible at the time of surgery. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Millennium Surgery Center, Inc. will bill your insurance as a courtesy. However, you are responsible for all non-covered charges.
Full payment is required upon receipt of our billing statement. You can expect to receive separate billings from Millennium Surgery Center, Inc., your surgeon, your anesthesiologist and pathologist (if applicable).
